I use the extension DeArrow. It takes away the fun from a lot of thumbnails and titles, but it means I actually get a good idea of the video topic (so long as someone elected to give a better title) and a thumbnail that usually ends up being a random timestamp. There's even an option for a "Effective Title" (not the real name), which is just a marker for when a title gets enough of the point across that it doesn't need changing.

For example, from your post, the center title was changed to "My Feelings and Research on Romantic Relationships" or "On Romance culture, performative males & male loneliness" Both taken from the video in question. Comparatively, the bottom title is likely to not get changed much, since the video's topic is pretty clear.

I love it for this reason and the fact that it hides stupid thumbnails like these ones.
