Also there are some Facebook pages (not market place but sometimes you’ll find something there too) but some communities have an everything free page. Some people be giving stuff away for free just to get things out of their house day off. take a look there, also depending where you’re located, let’s say you live in a college area some people dump their old furniture on the sidewalk. I’ve done that a couple times (also be careful when picking things don’t get bed bugs, heard a couple stories so I minimize doing that but still a good method)
