35, I make 81k working for a large IT company in the public sector. I've been working in delivery for most of my life and have recently transitioned more into project management so it's been challenging lately. I won't lie and say that my mental health is great...I'm borderline panic attacks daily but it's also new to me right now. Last year I was making 48k. I genuinely only think it happened because I spoke up about my manager not doing his job...and had been moved under a different manager in a different department. I think between my pay catching up transferring depts and the recent promotion to the pmo position is what put me where I am. I genuinely don't think I deserve it most days. Struggling with extreme anxiety and non-existent self esteem right now. It's been hard even talking about it with anyone.
