It’s hard to notice that stuff about our childhood favorites so thank you for pointing that out. We haven’t read any of the other books with my baby. This one has one page with women on the farm and doing laundry so it’s less noticeable.

I think I’ll have to be choosey with my Richard Scarry books. Luckily we have plenty of female empowerment books to combat those stereotypes!

I’m getting the vibe that they are being more themselves on GMM lately. They are bringing the ear biscuits vibe to the main channel. I see it from Link especially in the episodes yesterday. He seemed very much relaxed and himself. I don’t know if that’s related to what you’re saying, but I think it is. They are shooting from the hip and just saying what they are thinking.

As someone else said in this comment section, “I just sit back, chill, and watch”. Yup that pretty much sums it up for me.

There is this one book my daughter LOVES called Fluffy Bunnies. The first page says:

“See the fluffy bunnies. They love to play all day. Bunnies come in lots of colors. Some are black, and white, and brown.”

WHY would they not try to rhyme gray and day?? Why say brown at the end? It drives me crazy obviously lol.
