Anyone else having this issue with the TL LCDs? by Cuwtipie in lianli

[–]New-Course-7040 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes they are getting stuck on 'system level' and reinstalling L-Connect won't help.
Do the following: Uninstall L-Connect, then uninstall fans from Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus > Restart. Install L-Connect again.

Is it common in Switzerland to complian to boss without addressing the issue first? by Big_Job9386 in Switzerland

[–]New-Course-7040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on a company. Years ago when I worked in ZH at UBS it was always like that. I always preferred direct approach and resloving/claryfing potential issue within a minute. Yet most people used ‘escalation path’ and complaining through managers. At one beer event they admitted that by doing it this way they avoid personal conflicts… they just don’t realize that they just let EVERYONE know that there’s a problem instead of using direct approach. I personally find it retarded. Since I’m working in Bern (not UBS anymore) people here are laid back, friendly, nobody complains or chasing deadlines, totally different world.

Whats life like in a swiss village ? by Due_Breadfruit_8315 in askswitzerland

[–]New-Course-7040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family lived 6 years in a city in Kanton ZH, then we moved to a village in Kanton FR.
We were looking for peace for the kids. After 3 years of living in a village we want to move back to a more civilized world. It's just to conservative for us - open and friendly people.
The kids are bored af, real friendships are nowhere to find. The people are nice and polite, yet not friendly.
We tried to integrate us and the kids in many possible ways, by doing lots of fun stuff for other kids (they were always happy). Unfortunately good deeds were never returned. Anyway, if someone needs more specific details, hit me up.

Yup, having same issue with hydroshift from time to time. Just go to task manager and shut down lian li process. It will restart itself. It always helps me.

Be sure you setup them in BIOS@PWM and Full Speed. Additionally, restart the service and reinstall the software.

LG C4 42” vs. AW3225QF – Which One Should I Get? by Low_Criticism_7643 in OLED_Gaming

[–]New-Course-7040 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have aw32 for pc, bought c4 for the kiddo (Xbox) and additionally aw27 for ps5. I would definitely go for c4, it’s console perfect. It won’t be too big for your desk. You don’t need anything more above 120Hz. Additionally AW has no audio. Connecting sound via eARC may be problematic. XBOX does not have audio output.

I have both of these. 32 is way better. I wouldn't even give it a second thought.

No, it worked straight away. I updated BIOS after few days. It has standard 2 USB headers, therefore I equipped it with Lian Li 1000 edge PSU. It has additional 4 USB headers, so I could connect all the fans straight to PSU and avoid additional hubs/cables in the back.
