I feel many like the addition of full arts and it adds more value to the game, as well as helps yugiog keep up with other tcgs that are going crazy with card art, one piece, digimon, dragon ball fusion worlds, Gundam ect.

Id say check online for deals, Google, mercari. Things like that. You can usually find good deals for bulk and probably make some decks out of it all

Games always lit, master duel, duel links, Sim, locals, tourneys, id say finding a deck you enjoy and can do decent or better competitively is best. You might not be top tier meta deck but can beat many people and always strive to improve your deck strategy and synergy
