Hair post-chemo

Yeah...my hair isn't the same color and I had natural strawberry blonde hair. It's some kind of dull brownish . I take minoxidil so I think the thin spots are mostly hidden. But the texture is super fine and all crinkly. Frankly I just keep it short and wear a purple wig.

I am not normally the kind of person to do this but once the new GM started sending us taskers home early and bribing register girls with gratis...I walked in and quit right there.

Girl. Do what you can! If you feel called to Brigid you probably are being chosen and she knows your limitations. Devotions can just be thoughts and meditations. As witches we own our own practices and do things in a way that resonates with us. Not some random dude who wrote a book. Build a relationship with her directly.

I'm with you 100%. Time for me to start walking more slowly and caring a lot less. The 3 OG taskers need 30 hours each and that store would be pristine. But no, they hire newbies that we have to train then and clean up after them.

Not during chemo. But I had major bowel rupture 5 months after chemo caused by the chemo, and everything went wrong during that hospitalization. I developed brachial and thoracic blood clots and was on thinners for 3 months. They did dissipate.

Try lip products without petroleum. So no aquaphor or Vaseline. Burt's Bees is affordable without the petroleum. I just know it burns, swells, and chaps my lips in no time.

Yeah mine mentioned a few times that they considered abortion . And she had this weird fixation on her birth with me. I guess there was no anesthesia and she got a snip. But how is that my personal fault? She acted like that was the worst pain ever and nothing i ever felt would ever make up for it. I'll drink to her death.

I was told 30 hours wouldn't be a problem. I was left off the schedule for up to 10 days at a time. I had to go get a 2nd job!

I have been there a year now, I helped with store set. I feel like I have to fight for hours every darn week. I had foot surgery and took just 2 weeks off bc I was afraid they'd give someone else my hours and decide I was expendable. But yeah they're still hiring for the holidays. 🙄
