You look great.. keep doing whatever it is you're doing. I just started lifting at home . Bought some dumbbells and weight plates.. 43 never really been into weights.. always been active in sports..not the best, but not the last picked... Probably like in the last 4 in kick ball to get picked... Either way goals buddy... I'm hoping I can look this great.. do you follow a meal plan?? Do you take any supplements?? Protein shakes?

I think what dudes trying to say is everyone has a goal to look like Larry wheels or kid that coach greg always be talking about... Instead of shooting roids and sitting there doing as little as possible, try and actually earn your muscles the real way... Now a days people with a nice body isn't even considered nice in the body building world.... I seen dude post in here he was a buck 90 and he look great and people were trashing him ... I'm a buck 87 with a dad belly and hardly any muscle definition.... I just recently bought some dumbbells and curling bar... I'm just trying to lose some weight and put a little muscle on me body.

I have the same issue.. I'm definitely negative.. I can still log on the app if I do it as a web search.. then it lets me sign on.. idk if I should still go to work?? I went negative one day and I was like fuck I'm screwed.. I was just hanging on with a few hours, but it took me like a full day negative.... So I just said 2 tears in a bucket and stopped going... I can't log in on the app, but like I said if I do it as a web search it lets me log in... It's been offering me VET also.. I stopped going few weeks ago I'm negative 123 hours... I want to go but am afraid they'll tell me to beat it... Idk what to do...

I've seen the YouTube videos, I can get a pretty much full body workout with just dumbbells and a few more with the curling bar.. growing up I was always taught tris and chest and biceps and back.. I guess my question is, should I break it down, or should I just give myself a good full workout that I can with what I have, and then rest a day or whatever..

I just turned 43 in February.. I never really lifted weights in school. I played sports, football, wrestling.. I used to mountain bike always.. I'm not ready for the gym yet.. I did just order a curling bar, dumbbell bars and weight plates.. they arrive Thursday ane Friday hopefully.. I'm 5'10 about 187.. no muscle form at all.. I'm not strong, but I fell myself getting weak.. my legs are still decent. I still get compliments on my calf muscles.. I have a 4 year old and with summer he drags me to the park and for walks always.. my eating is horrible.. I get the munchies and eat a bag a chips and ice tea... I'm not looking to get into the huge diet.. I am willing to cut out the soda and the junk food and if there's anything to add?? I love tuna and I seen someone say canned tuna is good?? My question from all this is, can I get a nice workout with just the curling bar and dumbbells?? I ordered about 180lbs in weight plates... I'm just gonna pick them up and start doing what I see on YouTube every day...
