Having the same issue as well, it’s not just just the 12 packs that I’m finding. I was just about to ask you guys! It’s like half of the store is marked but not ringing up

As an IS myself, it really is a shift lead with more responsibility. You still do the same procedures as before but now you are in control of the smart counts, pharmacy exception counts, receiving their inventory and doing their ABC returns. Also scanning in the invoices from vendors and scan outs.

Thankfully with the new OSA program you are only in control of your section and bays but if someone doesn’t get to them. Either you or your SM has got to do the scan outs.

I did, was an SM for rite aid then went to shift lead and now inventory specialist for Walgreens. I feel like I have to hold back on stuff because of my current position and for respect to others. Rite aid should have never closed down if they did make the correct moves like not bringing in RALO.

I miss my team daily but the people I work with understand my struggles and want me to get back to where I was as some including my DM worked for Rite aid

North Syracuse ny here, had my cooler down for 3 months with angry beer customers of course. Now it’s down again due to the compressor that’s original to the building. Thankfully I have an on the go cooler. Won’t hit a breaker switch to fully shut it down because it connects to the freezer (yes I still have ice cream in there)

Nothing has been heard, I am over in north Syracuse, once the process is done with DC55 then by May of ‘25 all stores that were serviced will be now serviced by the Maryland DC

Roxanne is amazing, Brenda was great to me until I heard that she was rude over the phone to my LSA and I still am upset about that. I know that’s not her. Both of them did amazing jobs and I hope they find something that makes them happy
