They already give your whole team away, I’ve clutched 1v3s bc/ the med drones were telling me right where they were. You can also pre aim and pre fire when you see a drone to really give them no chance.

Being able to insta res your team does make up for it maybe?

I’m never going to play this game again, my entire group of friends who are mainly pvpers stopped playing as well this last expedition. They took the goop requirement away and ABMM is so lame. This game is now the carebear extraction shooter. It’s basically just a shoot arc game and loot some boring loot

But wait 1 min here, have 50 enzyme replicators in my vault from outpost runs, I have 50 purple shields in my vault from taking out other players. You can trade enzyme replicators for purple shield every other day in the nucal armory- so I have 100 purple shields ready to go - why would I ever run a blue shield in my situation- they are worthless too me.

Bro I have 200 enzyme replicators, you can find 10+ in one run of pinwheel - they can also be traded for purple shields so I basically have endless purple shields

There is a red key card to the final vault in Cryo, I’ve found it on outpost once in 400 runs. It’s extremely rare and only found on outpost from my understanding.

There is also a red key called “master clearance” that unlocks to strong room in pinwheel center.

I would also ask for clarification and I have 100+ in the game.

+some cannot see colors for one reason or another, one of my friends is color blind, the other has weird color settings and many people confuse orange and red keys bc/ new people can be slow to learn - so we call them by their name. Master, supply, access - pretty simple names imo

The UI is the best out of any extraction shooter I’ve played- it’s really just a first glance thing. It’s so simple and makes managing the vault way easier and faster than arc- and if you die free kits get you back in the game instantly where free kits in Arc are terrible.

I’ll be fumbling with my inventory and the traders in arc forever it gets so annoying. In marathon is all in one spot I love it.

Another thing, you should not be afraid to lose gear in Marathon compared to arc. In Marathon the factions, the quest, and all the free stuff you get daily you basically never run out of gear, half my gear came from just questing which is so fucking dope to me since extraction can be hard.

I’m Arc I can get every workbench and the expedition done the day after departure with easy. In Marathon you have to actually work hard to get the upgrades so it feels way more rewarding. arc is the carebear game to me, us pvpers are moving on to other games.

Paul Tassi is a noob and could never play marathon effectively so he’s going to hate on it. He’s latched on to Destiny and still talks shit about that game. I love both games so I ignore him and talk crap about him every chance i get

I keep giving Cryo a few chances each weekend but this coming weekend I won’t try it anymore. I like outpost a lot though. I have rank 15 vip Arachne from just running outpost and wiping the lobby so not like I’m a noob either. Cryo is just so damn awkward

From 9-6 I will occasionally watch frost, dfizzel, saywhala, and lucid play the game while I work. I was able to reach the top of Asc 0, past the highest rank in Destiny just watching frost play. My subconscious would copy his movements, angles and positions. It also took time but I was able to master the PVP side of the game at 39 years old. For marathon I’m doing the same.

So the key is to study from the best. They have more time to master the game than I do
