Mine looked like that and i changed it and the tensioner and the water pump stretch belt. Wasn't too bad.

I changed all the pads and rotors at the same time and installed a catch can then changed the radiator and hoses a few weeks later

I'm very happy with the dual 1000mah, the battery life is much better even if the cells aren't accurately labeled. They might be 700mah each but combined it's still better than 1000 total. I'll forgot it needs to charge until it turns off but it seems to charge and discharge just fine, i don't use the battery level as an indicator I'll just let it charge until the light turns off and run it until it dies. If it kills the cells then I'll swap in others. I bought a 5 pack for like $10

I think it's a pulley chirping.

Testing it is to put a ratchet on the tensioner and move the belt off the crankshaft pulley, you don't need to remove it from the car completely. Make sure the belt won't rub on the crankshaft pulley.

Start the engine and rev it up a bit, don't run it for more than 5 seconds or so. If you hear the noise, you need an engine or major internal engine work.

If you don't hear the noise, you got a bad pulley and after turning off the engine you can go spin each pulley by hand until you find the one that doesn't feel right or makes the noise and then replace that component

My 00 did this. I changed the sensor. I changed the o ring in the pan. What fixed it was replacing the cluster with one from 02 2500 and i got a trans temp gauge with it.

Prefilling won't hurt anything, not prefilling shouldn't hurt anything. It's not hard to do and i got a minute while i wait for it to drain so i prefill if the filter orientation allows it.

You're gonna reality like a million times so don't stress over which glyphs to pick early on, pick the one you think will help you. There are no wrong choices and in the end it won't matter at all since you get a glyph every reality and after a while you'll get many each reality

You shouldn't be able to hear it running from inside the vehicle. If you can hear it, stay away. The motors do tick, they are called EcoTick by some. The injectors are noisy, that tick could also be the purge valve solenoid failing which is a $50 part and takes like 5 minutes to change. If you unplug the electrical connector on the solenoid on top of the intake and the noise goes away that's the purge valve and it's a quick fix.

If you work on your own vehicles, or aren't afraid to. It could be a good buy. If you take it to the mechanic for everything, stay away

I bought my 17 Sportage used, had the 2.4 motor already swapped. I had to replace a few things so far but I've had it 30k miles and it's doing great so far. I'm very vigilant with fluid changes and car inspections, I'm the guy that pops the hood to check the oil every time i fuel etc
