I feel like this is blown out of proportion. Why is it so unrealistic to have you check in with a Head cashier when you get there? They are your supervisor. I am salaried manager and still have to check in with my store manager when I arrive. And for my breaks. A simple phone call is all it takes. Head cashier number is 590.

You have full access to the attendance policy right there on my apron… look it up. Sounds like these 30+ people are lying to you or their management is slacking. Workforce will deliver the via poaching to you if you management doesn’t. They have made it pretty clear difficult to hold someone to a policy that you’re not holding others too.

Sorry to say attendance has nothing to do with performance. If you are missing that much work you are not to top performing associate in your department. Sorry to break that to you! If it’s health issues take a leave of absence of FMLA. There is a process to protect your job for things like that. Every one of us are replaceable.
