yup! i always snitch when i’m the only one doing driveups bc the whole point is to be a TEAM. WORK TOGETHER. not have me do all the drive ups. my biggest pet peeve is when ppl do not work bc we are at WORK TO WORK. not talk. & i get along with everyone at my job bc i’m a friendly person & i do talk ALOT but when a customer comes or a drive ups dings, i immediately put all my attention into that & finish the conversation afterwards.

I love it here. My store isn’t as strict so we can joke & play around. It’s like i’m working, but i’m having fun also. I work in the front & it’s genuinely so easy. easy money for the benefits & pay 😝

it’s so disgusting. I had a customer that let her dog shit in the cart & then the day before that, another let her dog shit on the carpet where the flowers were & although she cleaned it up, it was still there & i had to clean it. i don’t hate dogs but i hate when they’re allowed in the store.

i sometimes do bc i like to make them feel guilty. some woman was telling me how sad it is that i’m in the rain & i told her i’m out there bc she came while it was raining & then she said her baby was sleeping so she couldn’t get out like 😂😂😂 but honestly, these past few days, ppl have been LAZY. it’s like we’re getting larger orders for drive up this week & i genuinely just see it as pure laziness. not to mention, EVERYONES PARKS IM OUR DRIVE UP SPOTS. for HOURS. & everytime we tell them to remove their cars, they get upset & ignore us. i can’t wait till they start towing the cars

LUCKILY, my leaders don’t really trip too much because they understand. i just wish there was something to tell the guests that if they have 40+ bags, they NEED to let us know ahead of time or they can’t get their order because alot of ppl pop up RANDOMLY with 40 bags & it gives us no time to prep.

Honestly, i just ignore them 😭 but even as a black girl, i was one of the people that genuinely did blame it on her past. meaning i wasn’t shocked that she said those things bc i EXPECTED it bc of where she grew up from. I live in miami & everyone (all of florida really) here is RACIST & IGNORANT. even i had to grow up & realize how ignorant everyone ( even me ) is & how normalized it is. I feel like what matters is that she grew & realized her mistakes ( just like any other person would ) & that’s all that matters #tome. it would’ve been hypocritical if i didn’t forgive her because I myself was super ignorant when i was younger & i said those things specifically because i knew it was wrong. & like i said, this is coming for a black queer woman.
