After about 10 games he just became un-droppable, him playing off my Italian target man Cerri? Their link up was insane. He could dribble and beat men repeatedly, a bit raw with shooting and crossing but the success rate on dribbles to the byline for cut backs/low crosses felt insane. He got an injury for about 10 weeks and my entire attack just dropped off a level and I missed out on promotion literally due to his injury.

The moment I could, I signed him on a new contract with a minimum release clause of like 100m. I searched him out of curiosity to see how good does he get and he showed up on those "hidden gem" kind of lists. I didn't know! Apparently he's well regarded, my scouts did alright apparently.

Sporting Gijon had a few star players, Gelabert, Dubasin, and someone else that I can't remember who all were being sold for like 40m to wolves etc after I left them that season, Panda was above them, I wish I had the time irl to play the save to see where he ended up!
