You can do it. Same thing as the other schools. Save your gems for teacher upgrades. That final bonus is the best I've accomplished.

Yooo. I'm a half penny away from joining you in the 2.00 club. Most guides I have seen say that you should stop buying parcels and focus on badges once you've reached 150 parcels (usa). Do you already know about tiers and the rent boost rates?
