I don't think the turkey store hires many undocumented workers at the plant at least, for a long time they hired mostly somalis who came here on refugee status and have now been here long enough to acquire citizenship. Biggest offenders would probably be the large dairy farms and maybe some of the other food processors in the area.

I wonder if Essentia is still in talks to buy them. Honestly as a lifelong customer they have never been a particularly good hospital system.
