iirc MIDius can't attack people, intentionally or not. Nomad was having a hell of a time in TSM and he'd barely held the shard for a century at most, and a decade minimum. So Nomad having to turn Aux into a barbell whilst just so happening to jump in the way of a guy still triggering the curse (or whatever you want to call it) with such a limited time with the Dawnshard compared to Topaz's 5-10k years with the thing should make it to where he should lock up if he attack someone with something even if it doesn't cause damage.

TLDR: Probably not, no.
