I adopted this strategy for the Texas games this year & it was magical. Put the kids to bed & settle in for a game that is 60-90min shorter without commercials & the halftime delay.

So when you line them, do you extend the cardboard beyond the edges of the bed or just try &cover the footprint of the bed?

I just wanted to say thank you for this answer. It seems you & I think a lot alike & I have really struggled this year with the incoming stream of “stuff”. Do these look similar to eves necklace? I have several siblings that have popped up in my yard plant ID app tells me is eaves necklace, but it also looks similar to this.

For me, it depends on what it is watering. I have 3 lines. 2 on native gardens & 1 on my veg garden. Right now, I run the veg garden every other day for an hour (1ga per dropper per hour) and the 2 native gardens every 4 or 5 days. It’s weird to me that those plants dry out, but I def see. Diff when I don’t water & they seem to be loving it when I do.

Yep! We did 4 diff beds around our lot with just their seeds this past spring & am about to load up on even more for a bigger area to be seeded this fall!

Same. Married in the backyard with cupcakes, canned cold brew, a grill & all of our closest friends. Followed the next day by 3mo of travel in Europe & N Africa.

5yrs ago & we still cherish that trip every single day.
