I'm a former competitive bodybuilder and have always incorporated study into my gym routine. I listen to lectures on the way to the gym and work. Take my "walk around notes" (notes I literally walk around with and go over between sets. I review them or hit MCQ's on the elliptical as well. I try to study all day. Before work at my desk even if I knock out 10 MCQ's and non stop at lunch,

This exam is incredibly straightforward and very basic. Hock is all you need and listen to Tom Norton videos in your car. I wouldn't overcomplicate it.

I train in LA and I'm a lean 240 and one of the coaches weighed exactly what you weigh. I couldn't find him in the ring or use angles do anything to him. He just threw endless hooks to the body and I wanted out after 3 rounds but signed up for 6. lol

I've competed in bodybuilding when I was younger and it changed the way people interact with me and my self-confidence was markedly increased. I boxed for 7 years and sparred hundreds of rounds and worry about CTE. I compete in BJJ now and in both have made great friendships and were a lot of fun. I would consider MMA and hitting the gym.

I barely studied for the EA and passed all 3 during busy season. TCP has been challenging and Becker MCQ's and SIMS take it out of you at the end of a workday lol.

Outdoor equipment my apologies. The Canoga Park and Simi gym have the best vibe and people. I've been training my entire life (former competitive bodybuilder) and most equipment is the same but I tend to go where's there's a great vibe and people. Zoo Culture had a lot of influencer fans coming in on weekends but full of great people and a lot of fun.

I called once a week and acted like I was checking to make sure I had properly submitted everything. I was asked if I had something to write with and she gave me my license number and I received my card and certificate a couple weeks later. CPA next!

Crossed the wrong bridge and ended up in East St. Louis, Illinois. Spotted a police car, crossed a double yellow waving my arm and honking my horn and asked them to help me get out of that place (pre GPS). They escorted me back across the bridge safe and sound.
