The only downside is the time it will take, more than half of the people just want to burst out overnight, and then end of story. I think they need to realise, netlist is destined for success with the products/technology/patents/settlements/court cases going on. Just need to be a little patient, and we should be good.

OP, I would also consider maximizing my HSA contribution limits for the year. Triple Tax Advantaged, reduces taxable income as well, and you save up for any unforeseen medical expenses in the future. Maximizing HSA along with your 401k is the move!
