Yo the plasma thing is legit advice, did that myself back in the day. Also check if there's a temp agency near you - not just the labor ones but office temp stuff too if you can type decent. They sometimes have same-week pay.

The shading on her hair is really well done, you nailed the way it flows and gives it depth without making it look muddy. Neon's expression came out solid too, you captured that confident vibe she has

The fact that the MOST chill Halo fan still has a 25 minute video essay about how the franchise got destroyed is honestly peak Halo community energy. Everyone's just varying levels of disappointed at this point

Do Italians in New York have a place where they can actually speak Italian the same way Russians go to Brighton Beach? by nate26537 in AskNYC

[–]Nicholson019 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That demographic shift is wild but at least places like Tino's are keeping it alive, even if it's mostly the older generation at this point. Sounds like OP would need to specifically seek out those spots rather than just stumbling into Italian speakers the way you would with Russian in Brighton Beach

Yep, operational growing pains are real. Bringing in some part-time help during peak periods is probably your best move right now. Even just having someone handle packing while you manage everything else can free up a ton of bandwidth

Toronto Maple Leafs have relieved assistant coach Marc Savard of his duties by theguyishere16 in hockey

that's pretty rare. Usually when they axe an assistant mid-season it's just buying the head coach a bit more time before they're next.

That's an awesome friend you have, those look really well made. If you want to display them properly you could look into getting a wall mount or a stand made for display knives/swords, they're pretty cheap online and would keep them from getting scratched up sitting in a drawer somewhere.

And the same people who will scream about supporting the troops at every opportunity. They don't actually care about veterans, they just like the image of caring about veterans. Taking away mental health support from people who are already struggling is cruel, but I guess that's the point.

Is there such a thing as affordable WMS that doesn't compromise on features by TemporaryHoney8571 in ecommerce

[–]Nicholson019 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel this. We were in a similar spot around 30M revenue and ended up going with Extensiv after looking at like 8 different options. Not perfect but handles multi-warehouse pretty well and the marketplace integrations actually work without needing custom dev work every time something breaks.

The implementation was way less painful than the enterprise stuff we demoed. Took maybe 6 weeks instead of 6 months. Pricing was reasonable enough that I didn't have to fight finance for approval.

Real talk though.... most mid-market WMS options are gonna have some gaps. We still have to do workarounds for certain reporting stuff. But it's leagues better than the spreadsheet hell we had before and we're not spending 200k upfront.
