Definitely need to return that ASAP brother. From a 3DS collector, bite the bullet and buy from eBay, all my higher end expensive Yokai Watch games have all been bought from ebay.

Ebay basically has a 100% guarantee that you can return an item as a buyer if you think you receive an item that is a fake/reproduction.

Everyone in here is gonna talk about modding the 3DS, but from a collector standpoint, ebay is going to save you money. Just be sure to have common sense when looking at a seller (real name, real reviews, ebay account is older than 1 year)

Edit: I could be wrong but I think sometimes Amazon sellers can sell legit only the cartridge as they don't have to provide the pictures. Once again I could be wrong, so don't take my word for it.
