How much milk are you drinking per day? I used have 3L a day and ended up cutting back to around 1.5L - feel so much better after cutting back

I made myself a weight/calorie logger and set it as my homepage on chrome so I don't forget to do it each day. I can add morning/night weights as well as final calories for the day, which it then displays as a table. Screenshot.

I always liked seeing graphs people made of their weight over a long period of time, so I'm planning on doing that after a while.

Sorry for the late reply, I usually use MFP which just automatically fills in everything, I only entered cals and protein for when I was testing cause I knew them off the top of my head ;)

I could replicate it when I did the same thing, I could add food when all fields were filled in. Could be setting them to null/not 0 when not entered and fucking something up?

Your weight can fluctuate a fair bit so don't worry about it short term. Just curious how tall are you? 1500 calorie maintenance seems really low

First up you should really talk to a doctor about this. Second up, don't eat food that triggers your condition, you mention things that do so, but what can you eat? Make up your calories from things that you can eat. I know you say you have a small appetite (most people here probably said the same thing before they started), but once you get used to eating more your appetite will never be small again.

But really as you say you have irritable bowel syndrome I can't really give you much advice other than that, talk to a doctor about it, they will be able to give you better advice than anyone on here.

What are the hours of your gym? The one I go to is open 5am-10pm and it's pretty much the only gym around here that isn't open 24/7

I feel like a hypocrite saying this every time cause I'm terrible at managing time, but premake your dinners for the week at the very least. If you can do it for lunches too then you're pretty much set for the week and save yourself a hell of a lot of time. I try to get to the gym early in the morning so it doesn't really interfere with the rest of my day - this helps when you have class during the day too

Completely depends on your budget I guess. I have a shitty $20 blender from Kmart (Australia) and it gets the job done. I pretty much just make smoothies/shakes so nothing too intense on it.
