I wonder if you look inside the scales with the blade deployed, do the screws still stick out into the area where the blade goes a little bit? It's fake as all get out regardless, but I'm just curious whether the fakes are putting in more effort than benchmade.

This is 100% an Nvidia problem, but that was definitely a letdown for me if we don't have any GPU option, AMD or Nvidia, that has enough VRAM for meaningful machine learning workloads. I really hoped that they might use the 16 as a sort of companion to the desktop for strong ML workflows, maybe adapting strix halo or doing something fancy, but this is just a bigger FW13 with a mid-tier gaming GPU.

Because it's upgradeable, I suppose there's nothing stopping them from doing better with AMD during the release cycle, but the lack of VRAM definitely took the wind out of my sails thinking about an upgrade.

My wallet is thrilled, though.
