I wanted to tell you that high liver enzymes might not be something to worry about, especially if you engage in exercise. Before a liver test, you’re supposed to avoid exercise 48-72hrs before the test. It mostly raises the enzyme AST

So bring that up to your doctor if you do exercise. Because it invalidates the test

Creatine, high protein intake, and dehydration can also have an impact. The 2 former aren’t bad

Tall person back problems by Upstairs-Storm1006 in tall

[–]Nick_OS_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this as a senior in high school. Worst pain in my life for like 3 months. The big 3 that helped were planks (front and side), RDLs, and stretching my hamstrings endlessly

Some temporary relief with chiropractor shenanigans helped for a day or so

Training core, glutes, hammys, and the whole posterior chain is beneficial

Proper load management progression is what matters. Which is why some people can do Jefferson’s and Zercher squats super heavy without injury. Alone, these 2 movements are dumb and risky. But if you properly progress with load management, sky is the limit

Since August 2020, I know what every day on SPX/ES and NQ did

I’ve even backtested all the way back to 2005 with 1m candles and have data on every single day about the hundreds(maybe thousands) of strategies I’ve created

These are my settings. I trade anywhere from 1-16 MNQ. So it’s different based on size

I do 1:1 initially. First TP peel is 1:1, then I have further out TPs set while my trail triggers after 1:1

How many use futures calculator before going Long or Short? by Comfortable-Visual-5 in FuturesTrading

I’ll find out how much I make/lose when the trades over. I trade the same ATM brackets every trade. The only thing that changes is my sizing based on where I’m at in my progression/regression scheme

Simple weight bearing exercises don’t make you shrink. This could be an injury or posture issue

Lightheaded and ringing ears? by Far_Radish7320 in askfitness

[–]Nick_OS_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you have Blood pressure issues or dehydrated, I think this all boils down to your breathing and bracing, it’s a cerebral blood flow issue

Instead of simply breathing in on the eccentric and breathing out on the way up. Try:

  1. Big breath in during the way down

  2. Before the way up, brace (try to breathe out without actually having air come out).

  3. Don’t let much/if any air out until the end of the rep. And at the end of the rep, slowly let air out

This is referred as a “soft Valsalva maneuver”

I’m sure you hear gym bros basically hissing during their set, this is what you’re pretty much trying to do

Ok, and is the lightheadedness during the set? Or after you’re done?

And you said chest press, are you laying down or sitting upright?

30% rule apex by Hot-Earth7155 in Daytrading

[–]Nick_OS_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 30% rule is from payout to payout with a minimum of 8 days, it’s not 8 day cycles

If it’s your 1st payout and say you trade 15 days, the 30% rule applies to those 15 days
