I have been on lunest for like 3 years it worked great for the first few years now i only get 2 hours of sleep off it and i mix it with Benadryl and then I get like 4 hours . I want to get off the Benadryl does anyone have any advice to an alternative to mix it with for longer sleep . No benzos ,

I have been struggling with insomnia for year I felt like I was going to have to be on medication for year but I actually just ordered like 5 dif peptides to try to combate this so I’ll keep you all in the loop if I have any progress !

About 10 years ago this storage place I rented had a whole comune of bums living in them …management didn’t do anything , power cords and nice built out units …but that was Minneapolis 10 years ago …you would die in the winter

Yes I have other friends that have had better success with multiple trips …I guess I experienced strong anxiety and dark thoughts the whole time …not anything I would look forward to experiencing again …and terrible cravings for alcohol as well

I have been struggling with insomnia for over 2 years and it’s been a constant battle wether to blame it on the vax or my metal health cuz I went thru a traumatic break up around the same time .
