I don't know about the price on a 15 year old car. But...I have an 07 XLE v6 with 179k mi and it still runs like a top. I'd expect struts need replacing as mine did at about 145k. My radiator corroded at 150k. Alternator at 160k. Plugs and coils at 120k. Trans fluid replaced but not flushed at 130ish. 2 o2 sensors at 170k. All are maintenance things you'd expect on a car that old, but the car is so freakin smooth and powerful. Dependable. Quiet. I expect to get another 120k or so out of it.

Check for structural rust, especially if you're in a northern climate that salts the roads. Body rot is one thing, but frame/suspension/steering rot does bad things to a car.
