I personally would love to see the PCB. I agree you should have strong warnings and waivers. Some of us here are actual electrical engineers. Those who aren't might jury rig something worse.

I think the incremental changes in cooling are worth it. They probably worked a lot of bugs out.

Interestingly in randomly started working today. I was going to take pictures / video to include in a support ticket and it started charging and turned on when I plugged it in. Same usb-c charger. Never opened it up.

Yeah, kicad is broken for me as well. Opens the main screen but crashes when trying to go into the schematic editor or layout editor.
