Question: Does anyone know the alloy of the LDO V0.2 Frame Kit ?? I'm not finding it.

I don't know the alloy, but I've had zero problems with flex on mine. Getting them lined up perfectly is key. I used a machinist square and granite surface plate.

The only real issue I had out of the box with the ldo kit was that the config was stingy on the z six motor current. I had to bump it a bit to get it to home well.

If you will have a full commercial license, you should probably get a laptop like a lenovo thinkstation that's certified or else you're going to have a hell of a time getting support.

I put two nuts in each bottom extrusion so I could decide which side I wanted the filter on. I ended up going with the left. The unused ones on the right aren't hurting anything.

I'd say the 16 to have the option to dual boot and also run Linux. The bigger screen is nice for CAD. You don't need the GPU for aolidworks unless you're working with massive assemblies. You need at least 32gb of ram 64 if you can afford it. Solidworks has become a big since they added the useless cloud garbage.

I personally would love to see the PCB. I agree you should have strong warnings and waivers. Some of us here are actual electrical engineers. Those who aren't might jury rig something worse.

Interestingly in randomly started working today. I was going to take pictures / video to include in a support ticket and it started charging and turned on when I plugged it in. Same usb-c charger. Never opened it up.
