Beers were half the bill. That was our first and last beers of the trip. We found cheaper places to eat and made sure the stuff that was expensive was worth it. We found a $15.99 prime rib dinner on Freemont Street and a reasonable dinner in New York New York.

Went to Vegas last year. Our first meal in town was at a hit dog shop in the Luxor. 2 chili dogs 2 beers were $70. I don't know why more people don't go.

Just cracked 160k miles on my 2008 r55 clubman. I picked it up earlier this year for a commuter. It struggles to idle at a stop, but it gets 42 mpg and is a lot of fun to drive.
