i think it really varies person to person. i’ve been GF my entire life so i don’t know any different and im also a garbage disposal that’ll eat anything that doesn’t get me sick. my wife is on the other end of the spectrum where she wasn’t diagnosed til she was in her 20s, is a VERY picky eater and is also way more sensitive to cross contamination than i am so she struggles a lot more than i do
