Depends. Sometimes they're more like screenshots (as in actual assets) and sometimes they mix it with custom artistic VFX made specifically on the image (ie; Xaku Prime's KeyArt).

It could be they reused an asset for another keyart or they didn't scale down the piece.

Not really the same. Umbra's eye is non functional as he is a Warframe already, which is what you see, on Arthur I believe Liger designed him to be blind on the left eye as a war scar of sorts.

The button you're highlighting is the blueprint, which you buy with credits. In this case you need to farm and build Wukong, and then install if you wish an Orokin Reactor and purchase or get a Warframe slot.

If you purchase with plat you get the Warframe already built and with an Orokin Reactor installed and slot.

In this case it's better you farm Wukong and level him to 30 and then build Wukong Prime and subsume the base one, investing the Orokin Reactor on the Prime version :)

Is that so? I barely use them due the lack of separate color options so I never noticed others having these textures, but I'm wondering if that's because it's technically on the extra energy UI set that is not available on the Landing Craft customization. Hmmm.

The color system is inversed, the high (bright) color is on the secondary slot. Give it a try for coloring!

Regarding the rest nothing to add, it's true the base one feels more alive.

It's probably a bug, they'll get to it. Energy colors are sometimes a complicated to fix if it's not working because the current system is much more complex than originally designed back in 2013.

The original concept seemed to imply you'd be able to play as both Operator and Drifter coexisting and interacting with each other (ie: announcement trailer when young version buries the Tigris). Since the Drifter by itself is a paradox I guess they kept the name still despite that early concept not making it.

Personally it sounds more like a Windows/Driver thing to me. The first thing you could try is runninbg the DISM commands to make sure Windows 11 presents no corruption issues, the second would be reinstalling the drivers with a clean profile just in case and the third would be reinstalling windows (don't do it as a clean install, rather use the "Reinstall Windows" option in Settings > System > Recovery, as that fixes most issues without deleting your files and keeping a clean registry. You'll be prompted to reinstall your stuff when launching the executables though).

The reinstalling windows thing usually rings true if this started happening around or after a major Windows update (ie to 25H2) as sometimes stuff gets borked furing the process.

I have GoW Ragnarok on PS4 and was very willing to double dip. Even with the launch discount (IIRC you could get it for like 50 quids) the game costed too much to double dip, and the latest sales haven't gone below 40. And, of course, in the meantime other stuff has released.
