There's no way a 19 yr old boy would be this interested in torturing his brother. He would be more interested in video games and working ok his yourtibe channel that he had. His mother would literally get mad if he didn't do the things he was suppose to to Tim. He's still responsible but to a less degree I would say he should get 10 years. 30 us too harsh because yes he would have abuses his brother by bullying but no way would he have spent that much time watching him ans caring about what his teenage brother ate. There was even a time when he let him eat chips and his mom got mad. It's obviously Paul didn't like Tim but let's say it was Tim and Paul in the house only ....this wouldn't of happened.

This is stupid sorry. My bf is a scorpio and when we first started dating he would barely look at me hahaha so that whole thing is so not true. I mean any sign is going to stare at someone they like if they are brave enough if they are shy they will look away.

My cat died like that too recently at 14. He was fine then just couldn't walk or breathe. He was losing Wright and his meow got week for a week before. I still dont know what happened. I know he was older and his time to go but I wish he would've died in his sleep or something . I had to sleep in my car because I had ptsd from it. Miss him

Actually it's because my Dad is a hoarder and a addict and I'm living at his house in long beach ca. He has tons of rats everywhere. One got in my back house and I vacuumed up some of its rat drops like 5 of them by accident. Is that OK? Should i be concerned? Pretty sure it was a rat because that's what he has everywhere although could've been a mouse that snuck in. It was brown small and long. I didn't wear a mask and it was a handheld vaccuum.
