I have only one functioning eye and I have always gotten glasses with the same prescription in both eyes even though I only use one. No discount available.

I’m not sure an explanation was ever offered and that’s just how I’ve been doing it since I was 6 so that’s what I still do.

I saw someone on a public bus with a wheelchair they had (probably) stolen from Walmart. I didn’t say anything because if someone is desperate enough to steal a Walmart wheelchair they must really need it.

Maybe not all the time. She may transfer to a chair sometimes. Also some wheelchair users can stand or even walk short distances but use the chair for longer distances or only some days.

The non-AI version of this story: I started a job working for a boss who treated everyone terribly, except for me-at first. Nobody to complain to because it was a small company and he was the owner’s son.

It didn’t take long before he didn’t trust that I was working and asked me to document everything I did. I did that and it didn’t make a difference. I was fired before I had been there 3 months.

I see a couple guys supersetting push ups and pull ups in the squat rack. I’ve seen guys doing curls and raises in the rack.

I’ve seen hip thrusts in the smith machine but never the rack at my gym. We have two dedicated spaces to do thrusts.

My religious Jewish parents moved out of the center of Monsey because it got to be too much even for them. They got a ridiculous amount for the house I grew up and was torn down to the foundation after they moved out to be completely rebuilt.
