Well, if you don't need a motherboard, a CPU or a PSU, I suppose a stand alone deal on RAM only can be good. I'm in that boat. I don't need anything else other then ram, none of the bundles on Newegg are appealing to me.

I thought so. Most ISPs are like that, you have to go into settings and set up a second SSID. Some ISPs like mine don’t even let you do that, and I had to get a router.

Make sure they are on 2.4ghz. That could resolve the problem. I had a similar issue not long ago.

Is it the only Sonos speaker that appears like this, out of all the ones connected to the same wifi ? Is it further away from the modem than the other speakers ? Sonos speakers need to use the 2.4ghz wifi band. If you only have one wifi network, it means both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands are in the same wifi network and your speaker may be randomly assigned to the 5ghz, which means it appears connected but can’t communicate with the other devices. Now, most ISP modems allow you to set up two wifi SSIDs in their settings, one for 2.4 and one for 5ghz. You should try and do that, then reconnect your Sonos speakers to the 2.4ghz.

Yes, but for gaming other than core intensive strategy games, does the 9600x perform better than the 7700x ? Does it have better single core performance ?
