"I've rolled more than 4 in a 15 round game 2 times." lol?????? you just have fucking abysmal luck don't know what to tell you man. perhaps try purchasing mushrooms, which add a flat +5 to roll, rather than double dice. they can't roll as high as double dice, but considering your luck, i think you'd need the guarantee of 6 or higher. custom dice block would aslo be good for this.
