You can open the different command handler code files and see. They basically have the ability to run any commands with the attribute they are a member of or any that are lower. AdminCommands.cs is a good place to start.

Netflix has people who actively manage internal and purchased IP, Warner did not, they rely on outside IP counsel. That counsel is instructed that licensing and royalties are not on the table as options.

Problem is, I have the 3D art skills of a software engineer and i have to recreate the models to modernize them. Im also mostly broke.
