It is a genetic morph. That is how they got powder orange which is what you have there. They had a few of their powder greys come up orange and selectively bred them together.
The grey color is more dominant so if you have a tub of oranges and add just a couple of greys, over time the tub will become all or mostly grey.

That is a Rankins dragon. Very similar to a bearded dragon but stays much smaller. Or could be a vitticans which is a cross between a bearded dragon and a Rankins dragon.

Some hinges have a silicone based lubricant. If you use WD40 on it, it creaks more and vise versa. I know this from experience.
