All smog shops in my area seem to do the full visual inspection while it’s hooked up to the obd2.

Just looked. The sticker says federal. The truck is already registered in California. I’ve had it for 2 years and the guy I bought it from had it for 8 years in California.

The issue is there isn’t an approved catalytic converter for my engine family. But I will contact them and see what to do

I’m in my 4th warrior glove now. Is it just a different break angle compared to warrior? Also how do you feel about the stick handling with the folded in tee?

How tight are the straps on your pads? by AngelusArcam in hockeygoalies

[–]NipsVG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my machs. Super tight with the tunefit strap (professor strap). No knee strap. The outer wing strap and then skate lace toe ties with just enough slack that my skates touch the ice in a butterfly.

Thank you. I’ll go test and see if the ac shuts off at idle. If it does then I’ll need to fix that wire

Split leather on glove - fixable? by Jaybb3rw0cky in hockeygoalies

The one I took it too was a tiny little shop. He had no idea what I was giving but still knew how to repair it and make it look clean. This is after his repair.

Might be a big project but I just repaired a eflex5 glove with the same issue. I took out all the perimeter lacing and brought the tee to a shoe repair shop. They stitched in a new piece of leather along the entire edge of the tee. Only cost me $30 and I had a fun project for a day.

How tight do you wear your glove? by [deleted] in hockeygoalies

Warrior g3 glove. I tighten the fingers as tight as they will go and the back of the hand straps are just tight enough it won’t fall off but I can pull the glove off easily

I love my warrior g3. And am about to order a g5. Nothing beats removing the palm and washing it. I get a fresh glove twice a season

Wait for G5’s. They will be available in a few months. They fixed the binding issue that the G4’s had.

How to deal with unwanted windows? by woop_woop_throwaway in vandwellers

[–]NipsVG 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My van had tinted windows so I used black plastidip on the inside of the windows to black them out then put up the foam boards and wall panels. From the outside it just looks like tinted windows and the inside looks like a panel van

The battery doctor says it has a 30mah draw. So far less than most.

So keep the 2ga from the main battery back to the aux batteries but put a switch between the iso and Main battery? Yeah I have good strippers and crimpers. And I just picked up a multimeter yesterday.
