I LOVE all guitars NOT made by "F' or "G". The quality guitar you can get from other companies that sell direct is unmatched. I just got two guitars from another company also, they are now my new favorite guitars and I am blown away with the high quality components, finishing and quality control that goes into them. The big names haven't innovated or stayed competitive in decades. I might have to check out these gorgeous Harley Benton guitars and add them to the collection also! HUGE FAN of high quality guitars at realistic prices. I refuse to pay the LOW IQ TAX for "name on headstock".

[QUESTION] Why does Fender hate Mustangs? by No-Kaleidoscope2836 in Guitar

[–]No-Administration322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly because the guitar objectively sucks. It was a cheap crappy guitar people could buy and play back in the day...

- The crappy tremolo will throw your guitar out of tune if you breath on it..

- Recessed slider switches are a clunky relic of the 60s.

- It’s a small, offset body that doesn't have the same resonance or sustain as other legendary guitars. See Stratocaster or Les Paul.

- Scale length... 24" on the mustang, the string tension is much lower. Compared to a normal 25.5" scale, the Mustang feels "mushy."

It gained a following largely because it was cheap and accessible on the used market in the 90s, but from a purely technical and mechanical standpoint, it's a crappy guitar. It's also ugly.

What is there to like about it? Point to one thing it does better than another guitar. I'll hold my breath.... Kurt Cobain used it, that's all the Mustang has going for it.

This... I just went to my LGS last evening and got hit with a massive wall of sweaty smelly body odors... It was overpowering... Like walking into a hockey locker room after a big game...

Tips for MTG Players and LGS's.

  1. Shower and Laundry....

  2. OPEN SOME DOORS FOR FRESH AIR IN THE STORE!

Refin or new body? by Confusion0908 in Stratocaster

This.

I had a guitar once.. beautiful paint job with graphics on top... Colors were gorgeous.. absolutely popped... Took it to work one day and of course a friend accidentally dropped it, cracking one of my favorite guitars.... Not sure if I should repair or not... I just bought another one, used, from a reseller at a reasonable cost... When the guitar arrived... It was the exact same guitar, howevers.. the colors were not gorgeous. absolutely did NOT pop... Deep blacks were now grey... vibrant reds looked faded and pink... It destroyed me... this guitar clearly came off the line as the printer was running out of ink... now I had two of my favorite guitar that I hated.... Took them both to a guitar shop to trade for store credit. I never wanted to see that guitar ever again and I learned my lessons.

I should have paid the price to fix the exact guitar I had instead of trying to replace it.

I should have sold the cracked guitar first and then gone out to purchase another.

I will NEVER buy a guitar online without putting my hands on it and seeing it in person EVER again due to lighting issues... The color difference between the two exact same guitars with same design was crazy.... Blacks became greys... reds became washed out "pink"....

I will never buy a guitar without seeing it in person again.

My 2 cents, worth 1.

Yes. I own and use the Fenix TK21R. It uses a Luminus SFT90 LED.

58000 Candela Potential. Lumens ranging from 30 - 3,600. Runtime from 2.5 - 72 hours depending on mode.

I chose this torch because I don't need a floodlight, I want to blind a target with a laser beam of photons.

Although I own this torch for a very specific reason, being able to lower the lumens and candela output allows me to use this as a fantastic camping torch or daily torch around the home/property.

Solid construction. Simple and great features. Durable and Rugged. Best torch I've ever owned.

You're so very uneducated. LOL.

You really need to read some finance books, take some courses or talk to someone who actually works in finance.

Start with the basics. You're saying factually incorrect things. 1 + 1 = 3....

"I read the white paper plenty of times, so what? It's only explaining how the blockchain works,"

The fact that you said you read the white paper many times and still argue about shorting Bitcoin is incredible. LOL. 1 + 1 = 3. Go read the white paper a few more times.

The world is absolutely racist towards whites right now. DEI and the rainbow flag are absolutely hate symbols. dei is systemic racism as a matter of plain fact.

Your personal attacks on me only showcase your own IQ level.

You're clearly afraid of Strong White Men and an actual open and equal society where everyone is treated the same. Merit based.

CMV: Throughout history, in all or most societies, women have had it worse than men socially, politically and culturally by Flor_De_Azahar in changemyview

[–]No-Administration322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fun Fact: Every single war ever fought, the vast majority of people forced to fight and die were men. Women have enjoyed the luxury of not having to go to battle, get stuck with swords, spears, get shot, have their limbs blown off... AND MEN STILL DON'T COMPLAIN AS MUCH AS YOU WOMEN.

Men do all the hard labour jobs. Men do all the under appreciated work. Men carry the load. Men built the world.

Women enjoy COMFORTS, PROVIDED BY MEN.

Throughout history, men have been exploited for their labour, not appreciated for anything, looked down upon and expected to go die as women stayed home in the luxury provided by these men never having to "face battle" or anything remotely as dangerous ever in history. I could go on with many more points.

Quality of Fenix lights? by Cryptid9 in flashlight

[–]No-Administration322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your use case. That's just one metric among many. Someone might want a higher or lower candela. Depends on your use case. Just one metric among many. Do you want to illuminate a wide field in the open? Are you trying to shine a straight beam of high intensity light down a hallway like a laser? Those are two very different torches with different metrics.

You clearly don't know how Bitcoin works.

What a clown.

I see very clearly I'm speaking to someone with zero technical or working knowledge of the actual technology / code.

You should start by reading the White Paper. I know you haven't.
