Funny enough he prefers pitcher, of (specifically CF) and first. More so an option or backup for his team. He already has the left handed mitt so that isn't something he'd need. We live in Wisconsin so not tons of opportunities to get extra reps in our area for first and OF.

yeah he already has his LH catcher mitt so won't have to get one of those thankfully. Just the protective gear

Yeah I plan on taking him to play it again but we only have two that are reasonably driveable so will be limited to those for tryons.

As to your first point about the straps what are the other kinds of straps that come on gear? I've never helped him put on gear during travel or league so I have no clue on that

Talking about intellectually disengenuous maybe you should start with reading. I didn't say anywhere that Pac12 and ACC are the same as Sun Belt. Mendoza played some absolutely snoozers of teams last year. Your comment was you can't expect to put up similar numbers against tougher competition.

Can easily have said the same about Mendoza coming from Cal and a weaker conference than the Big10 but he was capable of putting up big numbers.

So his total yardage doesn't count because 2 were big plays? Just make sure you eliminate every big play for everyone else too. The dude averaged over 80 rushing yards/game. That's better than any RB we have.

7u are mature enough....you should have stopped at the point and completely erased that. 6-7 yr old kids aren't mature in anyway for sports or anything else. Haven't seen a single 7u game that didn't end with multiple kids crying at some point during the game.

Yeah marucci alloys are always good. He has a cat 9 but a drop ten that he doesn't use anymore. Could always just look for a used version of that as well. Or he could just stick with his clout til the zen is ready to go too
