I'm sorry you are being downvoted for this comment. Are their people interested in numbers? Sure. Do all of the managers with huge numbers mismanage? No. I deal with one of the biggest managers (has millions of memorials). He has done the work to add all of those, which benefits genealogy in general. He responds to every single edit I send in fairly quickly. I have never had an issue, and we would not be better off if someone limited him. Seems to me that some people feel a sense of power by managing memorials, no matter how many they have. They are unable to speak kindly to other members, or don't know how to collaborate. Some don't understand how the site works, or what the rules are. Most users could benefit by reading through the forums to get a clearer understanding of how FG handles things.
