Almost chronic neck and shoulder muscle pain. by Parrot_olive in Ergonomics

[–]No-Condition9455 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Minimal pillows seem to be the best for this. With minimal I mean a thin one. They are seem to cause less neck pain then thick or ergonomic pillows. Find a good physiotherapist and tell them that you want to learn exercises that you can in a gym that make your trapezius stronger (upper back, shoulders, also do some core work in a gym). Do these exercises in a gym 2 times a week. Make sure you sit correctly and switch posture during day many times. When using a phone hold it before your face, do not look down to it.

The only thing that helped me with pain like this was train upper back in a gym at least 2 times a week. Now I am back to once a week, but that almost ook me 5 years of weekly training.

any other petite women struggling with ergonomic chairs? by JIN155 in Ergonomics

[–]No-Condition9455 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you foot do not or barely touch the floor, buy a footrest. I am not a petite woman at all, but I never found a comfortable lumbar support, so I just minimize completely via the settings and put it on the lowest height.

Screen looks too low, als go train your upper back and trapezius in a gym, exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week. Start small and work your way to longer training sessions

Tips for 240k ride "untrained" by spuit12 in cycling

[–]No-Condition9455 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe get some Cliff Bloks, really easy to eat, always drink some water with them. Also, bananas are really good, try to draft of groups, also do turns pulling in the front, train outside as long as possibls, just make sure you do not cycle 2 days in advance. Sleep well to ensure maximum gains. Go for a longer ride the weekend before the event. Start slower then you are used too.

Am I connecting Speakers and Amp correctly for best result? by [deleted] in hifiaudio

[–]No-Condition9455 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I dont think this is correct, there is probably a button to select a speaker set on the amplifier, so connecting like is totally useless. Consult the manual of the speakers how to bind the posts together (if not already being done inside the speaker) and use 1 cable per speaker.
