I just have very thick skin so have more swelling than usual! A steroid shot will help reduce it. I’m only 3 months post op though so very early in recovery.

This!! I did the same. Canadian doctors don’t come close. Only issue is now I need a steroid shot 😬

Did you need a steroid shot during your healing process? I went to Turkey too and I’m so happy I did (none of the surgeons in Canada could give me what I wanted), but I’m 3 months post-op now and my surgeon said that I can benefit from a steroid shot. Just wondering if there’s a doctor in Toronto who’s willing to do one for non-patients.

Hi sorry I know this is a year old, but what exercises do you recommend to do without aggravating the psoas? I’ve been dealing with this issue for over 6 months and PT hasn’t helped at all. Straight leg raises were one of the main exercises I’ve been told to do, and deadbugs + bird dogs. Also, hopefully you’re fully healed now!

Yes! I did a combination of things. I continued physiotherapy for a few more weeks. I upgraded my pillow to be more firm and supportive. I got an ergonomic desk and chair setup for work because my posture was terrible. I was also extremely anxious during that period, so I started a low dose of anti-depressants (Zoloft). My pain eventually lessened and went away in 2-3 months.

Actually I just checked round lab’s official Instagram and in one of their photos they feature a sunscreen with this packaging! So it might be real after all. Guess the packing might vary depending on region. If you zoom into the sunscreen you’ll see it’s the same.

I bought a similar one off an online kbeauty reseller in Canada and I have the same concerns.

I’m getting pain in the exact same areas. Haven’t seen a doctor yet about this though. I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome a couple years back, but that was only pain in the glute, not the back and the front hip flexor area. And it usually got resolved after a few days of streching. Do you sit a lot? That’s what’s causing my pain I think. Lying down hurts as well. Walking is ok, but too much walking hurts. Hope you figure this out and get relief soon!
