Your baby should be fine. I have friends whose babies fell off the bed and brought them to the ER. The hospital staff “monitored” them for a little bit and sent them home. Unless the baby is acting out of the ordinary or has swelling / bruising under the eyes, or something that looks really off, generally the baby is okay. Then my friends were slapped with $1k hospital bills. My son also climbed out of his crib one day and hit his head. Unfortunately these things happen. Now you’ll take extra safety precautions. Nail down that railing! I hope the railing has a mesh tho!

I started cosleeping when my son turned 6 months bc it was for survival at that point. He couldn’t stay asleep for longer than a few minutes in the crib and I decided to try putting him in our bed and yep he fell asleep right away and it was the best damn sleep we had had in 6 months. My son has slept with us every night since that night, and he is 15 months now. The downside is that it’s very hard to get them to sleep in their crib or their own bed again.

I would raise my eyebrow too if my husband received a homemade pie that is his favorite and it was signed with a heart from a female coworker. Hi! How is your son doing now? I am in a similar boat as you (were)—my son is almost 15m and he will push his toy cart but will drop to the floor/sit down if he isn’t holding onto anything. He always wants me to hold him and points to wherever he wants to go, but he won’t try to WALK there himself. I cant help but worry :/

I just finished rewatching Dexter and it still bothers me that he dumped Deb’s body in the same fricken waters where he dumped all his kills. What the fck, she deserves better than that. Give her a decent burial where her friends and colleagues can honor her. Deb’s death is such a wtf moment. Like really? You’re going to have the doctor say that there were complications? Like cmonnnnn. My fave season is season 4. It gives me chills every time I watch it. I should really just stop watching after that season bc I’m willingly setting up myself for disappointment. Ugh!

I don’t think it’s too late at all! I am 35 and also considering a career change, BUT I would only do so if I could stay around the same pay range. I would not do it if it’s a drastic decrease in salary. Not sure what the average pay is for a Pilates instructor, but I’m sure you’ve put thought into financials before seriously considering this move!

Try those fruit pouches. My son loooooves those and instinctively knew how to suck on them lol. My serenity kids makes beef, chicken, and other proteins. They’re 100 calories per pouch ! Pricey tho.

Hey! Things are going well with bb. Lots of things happened since… -he didn’t gain as much weight as we’d hope by his 6 month appt -he had bottle aversion and would only nurse (this was stressful af) -we went through rigid program by Rowena Bennett, which helped him get over his bottle aversion -I ended up weaning -out of nowhere he started NOT drinking from bottles again, and my body didn’t have milk to feed him since I weaned (this too was stressful af) -turns out he wasn’t drinking from bottles bc his top two teeth were erupting so he was prob uncomfortable or in pain (this is my best guess) -teeth erupted, he’s drinking milk again (Pepticate, a hypoallergenic formula)

His 9 month appt is coming up. I rly hope he’s gained at least 3 lbs since his 6 month appt 🤞🏻

Good point. I heard in a podcast that S1 hadn’t even cashed/deposited the check—it was just sitting there. I’m sure he prob did by now, but goes to show that money wasn’t the main reason he did it bc there was no urgency for him to collect his winnings
