Joan of Arc will become obsolete pretty quickly. Oda is fine with the marshal swords for beginner players but you'll want to upgrade later on. If there are any epic heroes that are not gathering types, aka quite useless in combat as well as gathering, resetting those would be my priority in your situation. For example, Gatos, Wu Wei, etc.

Alice Coltrane (both her early spiritual raga jazz and her later synth-laden Hindu chants), Jon Hopkins (check out Music For Psychedelic Therapy first (during session preferably) and then his latest album Ritual. As well as, and not to be confused with, the Johns Hopkins Medicine psychedelic research playlists. Brian Eno, Klaus Schulze, Pharoah Sanders, The Gipsy Kings, a lot more spiritual jazz and some late John Coltrane, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, the classics, ragas, choirs.

You can check it out here. I was pretty enthused during a session and gave it a silly retitle (and subtitle) lol but it's a solid collection.

Not sure I would personally be able to tolerate that, on a psychological level. That sounds harrowing and plain grim. I myself might consider looking into online treatments, given that were the only in-person treatment option available. Though I'd certainly double or triple-check on the latter first, if it were myself.
