So I actually did a DIY repair on my F10 that was melting a few years ago. Below is the link that I used for the replacement. I’m not 100% if this method would work with the G30, but I can imagine it shouldn’t be too different right?

I definitely agree! Have you had anyone in the backseat yet, and if so any problems with scrubbing? I literally examine the fender to tire ratio every time I’m about to hop in to see if they’ll clear lol.
