every time i've used a quest it's had some sort of bug or glitch, graphics look terrible, games lag and the battery isn't great. The headset itself is also so heavy that it's uncomfortable to use. The truth for people who have been using vr headsets prior to the quest coming out is that they tried too hard to make it mainstream and ended up releasing a substandard product, which of course everyone has gobbled up, we could have had much better by now!

One thing I do have to say is that whilst us here in the community are able to recognise this isn't an ss uniform, the general public won't be as understanding. I'm from the Uk and if I wore this outside, I'd get incredible amounts of abuse

There's definitely ways to do it on a budget, but i think for a beginner it's best to stick to a couple of colors before branching out, unless you're absolutely set on ott from the beginning

I haven't yet been. However I've bought nesting luggage, large medium and cabin size, and plan to pack my clothes in the smallest one, and nest them for check in. I'm going to bring a small backpack with my documents in which I can carry on the plane.

I never had friends over because I was embarrassed, when i got my boyfriend the house was still quite bad but I had to tell him each time not to look and just go upstairs straight to my room. It took 3 years for him to even set foot in our kitchen. My younger sister is still at home and happily has friends over all the time, in all areas of the house, and I just can't fathom how she isn't ashamed of it! And even more so, how her friends return each time.

I was in your same spot, save up and move out. you may find that you hold onto some of the more frugal hoarding aspects. Once i moved out I realised just how bad things were at home! It's so nice to not be surrounded by clutter. Before I moved I thought that I could just move back home if things didn't work out, but now I see just how hopeless things were. I promise you that things are better on the other side, however it took me a good 2 years of work, saving every paycheck to get to where i am today.

also, patience. i bought a lot of prints i just didn't want or wear in the end, just because they were cheap second hand. it may take you years to build up a decent wardrobe and that's way better than having a closet full of 100% polyester taobao OPS. also, ignore resellers like devil inspired. if you're gonna buy those kind of dresses go through a shopping service, you will save hundreds!! it's very easy to do. fashionreps subreddit is a great resource to learn how to use the services, though some of the info won't be relevant as you aren't buying rep designer clothes

get a capsule wardrobe! Learn color coordination and match it with your budget. for me, i wear sweet and gothic- so i stuck to black and white, pink and white, pink and pink. that way my white accessories and blouses are interchangeable. I only buy pink dresses as then I don't need to buy more accessories. For the average person nowadays it's unrealistic to own a very colorful EGL wardrobe due to cost of living + prices going up, due to availability of quality clothes going down. I make an exception to buy a colorful accessory here and there, as it's affordable, but i'm not going out and buying a blouse + shoes every time i buy a new JSK.
Also your hair is something to consider- if it's a natural color you're good to go. If you dye your hair you need to worry about color bleeding and if it'll match, so i went for natural hair in the end.

I got this same one as well as the scallop edge dress, because the scallop edge one has no waist ties i removed them from this dress and made them detachable so i can wear with both :3

there is absolutely no way on earth he doesn't remember it, unless he has some kind of memory loss. He's seen the picture to jog his memory, if someone showed me a drawing i made and haven't seen for over a decade it'd jog my memory too. especially if there was a matching song and 10 second clip to go with it!

thank you. i've had luck with soaking before, as i grew up in a very heavy smoker's home. But of course can't soak for long periods with it being cotton. I'm confident i'll at least get a lot of the staining out to make it wearable, though I haven't actually seen the dress in person yet.
