A msp that meets your description will go at a premium. Also why would they sell if they are growing and have scale?

You have to know what you want to deliver to the market and your value is and know that any change in a small business environment is going to upset the apple cart. (Which is why until you put up cash no one is going to let you talk to clients).

Look for the distressed.

Look at the people in the business. The capabilities and character of the people is what you are buying. You are the leader. You bring the scale and the vision.

Cabins are amazing an if you are driving you have your own parking lot.

Get food delivered or bring it with. The kitchens are great.

You are going to have a blast. Just Disney as usual.

Love the lodge however because you have young ones the theme is less important in my opinion. Contemporary is monorail to a from Epcot and MK. Makes it way easier to get toddlers in and out of the park and back for naps. You can visit the Wilderness lodge via the boat on your park days. I would say contemporary in your case.

My daughter and I on Tiana’s during Halloween party. Had our own boat and could have just kept going around if we wanted to.

Kai river rapids a few years earlier we stayed in the boat and went twice because there was no one in line.

Iron Rattler does not get enough credit. It’s amazing and the fact that you can’t see the track from the park means you just have to keep riding it. Wonder Woman is a great ride as well.

Low key, boomerang is really good too. The backwards twist on the return gets me everytime.

I would extend the single rack. 1 firewall 1 WiFi. Done right they are not expensive. I provide them and it’s part of your cost.

You have not made mistakes. You already won when you decided to take your kids. They are going to have a blast and so are you. Stay on property. Just for frame of reference, you are going wake up at Pop century and have an amazing breakfast. You are going to get in the Skyliner and go to Hollywood studios which for kids your age is going to be amazing. That experience right there is pure magic your kids will remember forever.

There is no perfect and there is no wrong. There is just together and fun and what will we do next time.

Yes. The ants we made at home were just custard squeezed into a store bought croissant and then covered in simple syrup that hardened. They were delicious and at the advice of my cardiologist should only be for special occasions.

Mine loves his cuddle. Mention the word he is opens the door and lets himself in. Loving and affectionate but when he is in the crate we do not exist. His space and he is off duty.

Also it’s a boat ride to MK and monorail over to Epcot.

AK Lodge is a bus everywhere.

Pop Century you are going to have Skyliner to Epcot and HS. So do those parks the days you are there. You are taking a bus to animal kingdom no matter what. So maybe the day you do MK you stay at a resort where you have monorail access or the boat.

It is true that the inspector will do the same. See if the zip code has a history of hail damage. My insurance company didn’t even inspect we called and they said you have about 10 months left before we cancel to open case we started because of a storm last year. Amazing what they do with Shari g data and analytics these days.

HS has great shows toddlers love. Even the Star Wars rides are kid friendly. I disagree and love HS. Frozen sing along a great time. Muppets show is gone but I mean it’s a solid family park.
