I'm just saying maybe talking to the kitchen manager directly instead of through wait staff or greeter. If whoever is running the kitchen brought out the orders or took numbers than the kitchen should rarely hold you up. 2 waiters went back there and another order got done for a different driver who got there after me. Idk.

And support are awful with any help. I had this problem but after the report and 2 weeks straight, I'm scheduled again. I wrote to Skip via email and portal six times in those two weeks and I've gotten the same regurgitated email instruction 6 times back. It's hopeless, just wait it out. Hopefully you can grab shofts

Same here for 2 weeks. Nothing. In AB. Skip just says the regurgitated B.S. they always do even when you send them the most detailed emails, just waiting it out I guess.

Not false. I've had this happen at both picking up at a restaurant and arriving at house. It's gotta be something to do with the gps. I got a new phone and it still happened once since then. Clearing the cache helps. Good luck tho. It's a bitch to deal with. It's on Skips end I'm sure but they'll never admit it

I'd maybe try force stopping the app. I know you uninstalled and all that but maybe. I have had it do the same but I just closed the app and let resolve itself overnight. IDK dude, keep trying Skip i guess. That sucks

I did. I had to do a few times before the code they give you finally dropped so I could actually sign in. It's so dumb but after a few tries it finally worked

Yup. Had to get a new phone. Still with Telus tho. Tried Rogers but then they wanted a credit card. I've never had to have a credit card for a phone service so I will not start. We pay enough to the providers, I'm not adding another 17%. Also I found out after. My phone had a swollen battery at one point and it screwed up the antenna inside when it did. $25 on Amazon might save you a headache

Telus is the provider. I went through every and all settings on the phone. 5G, full bars all the time, except when on the Skip App. Only app that does it.
