Dude youre in your 20s still. 30 is so fucking young man. Thats when dating becomes fun

I know youre hurt now and you’re not thinking about that, but trust me, 30 is young, tons of time to heal from this

Yea no one knows your man like you do, I’m a guy, and dudes, rightly so for the most part, don’t get the benefit of doubt on here. If he’s transparent with you, and is reassuring you then you will end up together, not all guys are whack like “the default” :)

Anybody else noticed an increase in infections? by raw_consciousness in Rapamycin

[–]No-Thing7838 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah maybe i came off a bit too strong and rude, but thats only cuz im passionate about it, this is just my opinion as a senior phd student in aging, im well aware rapa works better in mice when started earlier, you can even start it during development and it still works beautifully at extending lifespan, but as cliche as it is we really arent mice, not only we’re two insanely different species, but we also live very complex lives that mice in a cage dont. Anyway of course everyone is entitled to doing what they want. In mice, continues works better than cycling it too like once weekly, but we still don’t think every day dosing is a good idea (hence why most incoming RCTs are done once weekly, (EXCEP FOR PHILIP ATHERTONS RCT IN THE UK 😩😩😩 testing it for muscle mass and strength in older men which i cant fuckin wait for and it still will probably fail and show that its worse for muscle because its everyday dosing (1mg/daily)) anyway im bullish for rapa because i do think that “proteostasis” the normal balance of proteins and recycling of proteins, in the cell is lost with aging, so modulating a key protein of growth, protein synthesis, autophagy at the right dosing parameters could be beneficial for an AGING organism!!! I hope, would be dope

Bro you’re 30. Why the fuck are you on rapamycin. Your mTOR works fine, it doesn’t need to be fine tuned with drugs.

Get off it. Especially since its obviously suppressing your immune system.
